Seoul National University Participates in CES 2025 with Startup Showcase

Seoul National University (SNU) announced that it will participate in CES 2025, the world’s largest IT and consumer electronics exhibition, taking place in Las Vegas, USA, starting January 7, 2025. This marks SNU’s fifth consecutive participation since 2020.

At CES 2025, SNU will operate the SNU Pavilion within Eureka Park at The Venetian Expo, the startup exhibition area of CES. The university will support 15 startups utilizing university-developed technologies, providing opportunities to showcase their innovations to global industry leaders and investors.

The initiative aims to help technology-based startups generate business outcomes and expand global partnerships based on university research innovations.

Participating startups in the SNU Pavilion include:

  • Tomorrow Robotics – AI robotics platform for logistics automation
  • MySmartMax – Edge-based AIoT platform for personalized smart spaces
  • Moplat – Integrated smart lighting solutions for next-generation vehicles
  • Integra Semiconductor – 3D NAND flash memory simulation technology
  • Inorem – Non-invasive intracranial pressure measurement device based on brainwave analysis
  • ProbaLabs – Multimodal sensor systems for preclinical drug efficacy and toxicity testing
  • Coating Solution for You – Nanofilm coating and fluid diagnostic solutions for multiple industries
  • ExerChain – Healthcare data prediction platform using home healthcare devices
  • PMatch – All-in-one healthcare solution ensuring medication safety
  • BANP – Intelligent tire-based real-time safety and fuel efficiency improvement system

In addition, several advanced technologies developed in SNU research laboratories will also be presented, including:

  • Tiroh – Radiation–nanoparticle cancer treatment solution using microneedle technology
  • BioRobotics – Biomimetic soft wearable robots and prosthetics research
  • VisCure – Advanced chemical materials design and manufacturing for electronics, semiconductors, and optical applications
  • NEXT MI – Simulation-based design and manufacturing process development
  • RS Lab (Dept. of Chemistry Education) – Technology to detect plant stress signals in real time

Through CES 2025, Seoul National University aims to expand global exposure for technology-driven startups and promote international collaboration based on university research innovations.
